New Employee Orientation

EarlyInterventionPage

At ergoFLEX we know that getting new employees off on the right foot is an important part of injury prevention. We can be a hands-on part of your new-employee orientation process by teaching proper body mechanics and materials handling, proper workplace stretching, and more. Soreness and stiffness in a new workplace is a normal part of the process as the body adapts to new movements and workloads. If that soreness continues and grows it can lead to pain, limitations, and potentially recordable claims. Using ergoFLEX orientation trainings and early intervention as new employees are going through that process can help minimize those risks for the employer.
